Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completion of a state-approved caregiver or aide training program (preferred but not required in PA)
- 1+ year(s) of professional caregiving or related experience preferred
- CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred, not required)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Compassion, patience, and reliability
- Physical ability to safely perform transfers and caregiving duties
