Role OverviewProvides individualized care to Sisters in one or more communities by developing personal relationships, understanding their stories, wants, and needs. Functions as a member of a care team, assisting with clinical care and household responsibilities.
What You Will Do
Assists with meal selection, personal care, laundry, light housekeeping, and supporting meaningful life and engagement. Accompanies Sisters to the emergency department or hospital for evaluation. Communicates with Sister Residents and Sister Wellness Nurses on health and well-being issues.

Requirements
- CNA/QMA preferred
- Excellent reasoning, math, and language skills
