What You Will Do
Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers. Provide companionship and assistance with errands and appointments. Assist with mobility activities according to the plan of care. Observe and report changes in client condition to the Director of Nursing.

Requirements
- HHA certification
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Ability to complete required screenings and continuing education
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position, including lifting up to 50 pounds
