Role OverviewWe are hiring Caregivers to provide in-home care and companion care for seniors and older adults in the Louisville area. The role involves providing one-on-one care, assisting with daily activities, and promoting client independence and dignity.
What You Will Do
You will provide companion care and emotional support, assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), support mobility and transfers, and accompany clients to appointments and activities.

Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one (1) year of caregiving experience
- Current CPR certification and negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of automobile insurance
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow care instructions
- Ability to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Adhere to HIPPA and maintain client confidentiality
