Job Description
Mentor Community Services provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The caregiver role involves helping people grow, learn, and live well, developing real relationships, and supporting individuals with personal hygiene and behavioral challenges.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
  • Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
