Job Description
Mentor Community Services provides community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You'll join a mission-driven team and create relationships that motivate you every day. As a Caregiver, you'll assist people with their personal hygiene and support individuals with complex needs.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination preferred
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
  • Communication, adaptability, multi-tasking, teamwork, time-management
  • Patient, compassionate, reliable, responsible
