Role OverviewAs a Universal Caregiver, you are responsible for providing caring and personalized assistance for residents living in our community. This position will assist residents in all day-to-day functions.
What You Will Do
Bathe and clean residents, assist with daily living activities, follow medication administration protocols, and provide activity programming and activity-based care for residents.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Desire to work with geriatric population essential. Must be able to work rotating weekends and holidays.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous Healthcare, Geriatrics or experience working with the elderly population preferred
- Must score 85 on Skills Test
- Caregiver Certification at Directed Care Level (AZ only)
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- TB clearance
