Job Description
We're currently looking for kind, dependable individuals to join our ‘ohana as Overnight Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). This role is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference, supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. You'll provide overnight care, assist with daily living needs, offer encouragement and emotional support, and help residents build independence and life skills.

Requirements

  • Provide support with overnight care and ensure a safe, calm environment
  • Assist with daily living needs such as personal care, meals, and medication support
  • Offer encouragement, emotional support, and companionship
  • Help residents build independence and life skills
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing home environment
  • Accurately document care and communicate with team members
  • Collaborate with families and healthcare providers to support individualized care plans
