The Team Lead is responsible for ensuring quality care for assigned clients, introducing and training new caregivers, developing and updating care plans, and conducting supervisory visits for staff.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of caregiving experience in 1:1 in-home senior care
  • Flexibility to adjust to the needs of the day
  • Positive and professional attitude with clients and team members
