This role involves supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting, helping them build independence, feel supported, and live fulfilling lives.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Caregiving experience (training provided for the right person)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable nature
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Valid driver's license with reliable, insured, and registered transportation
  • CPR/First Aid & Medication Certification
