Job Description
The Caretaker I Floater position is responsible for providing coverage across multiple NYCHA developments to support storeroom operations, inventory management, and material distribution functions.

Requirements

  • Provide coverage for vacations and days off citywide as needed
  • Assist at larger developments as needed
  • Maintain perpetual inventories and detailed inventory records
  • Work in Maximo
  • Conduct cycle counts
