Job Description
The position involves driving development vehicles, picking up materials and supplies, and assisting in emergency snow removal. The CARETAKER X (HA) will also prepare apartments for move outs. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive a manual transmission vehicle. This is a full-time position with on-site location in Brooklyn, NY.

Requirements
