Job Description
Carpenters perform a wide variety of duties and tasks to assist on the construction site, including constructing, erecting, and repairing structures and fixtures of wood, plywood, metal, and wallboard. Responsibilities include working with and installing doors, hardware, trim, cabinetry, ceiling materials, and millwork, as well as examining specifications and measuring boards and plywood. Carpenters must be able to lift, squat, and pull up to 100 lbs with frequency throughout the day.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in commercial construction
  • OSHA 10 preferred
  • Operator's certificate preferred
