Role Overview

The Carpenter Laborer is responsible for cutting and shaping materials to achieve the desired appearance for each panel. They also fabricate the blank-out material used within the panels. The role requires strong interpersonal communication skills to work effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and managers.

What You Will Do

Reads and comprehends pour sheets, cuts insulation and blank-out material for panels, operates table saws, band saws, miter saws, pneumatic nail guns, and other tools safely and efficiently, and transports wood forms to production for painting or varnishing.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Technical training or work experience in carpentry is preferred
  • General math skills and the ability to read a tape measure
  • Possesses knowledge of the company's products and can identify which products are best suited for each task
  • Demonstrates adaptability and a willingness to embrace changes aimed at achieving Best in Class standards
