Requirements

  • Measure, cut, and assemble wood and other materials with precision
  • Construct, install, and repair structures such as framing, flooring, drywall, and cabinetry
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to complete projects accurately
  • Operate a range of hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Inspect and ensure quality of work meets company and industry standards
  • Collaborate with team members, subcontractors, and supervisors
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
  • Troubleshoot and resolve minor construction issues as they arise
