Role OverviewWe're hiring a Carpenter in Jacksonville, FL to build the future of construction. A carpenter's duties involve reading blueprints, constructing and repairing frameworks, installing fixtures, performing drywall finishing, and collaborating with teams.
What You Will Do
Read and interpret blueprints, construct frameworks, install structures and fixtures, perform drywall installation and finishing, assist with basic electrical and plumbing tasks, support concrete work, inspect and replace damaged framework or structures, and maintain a clean job site.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a carpenter or construction worker
- Strong understanding of carpentry techniques and methods
- Working knowledge of drywall installation and finishing
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems (preferred)
- Experience with concrete work (forming, pouring, finishing) is a plus
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints
- Proficiency with carpentry tools and equipment
- Solid math and measurement skills
- Physical stamina and strength (lifting, standing)
- Attention to detail and craftsmanship quality
- Trained and experienced in safely operating scissor and boom lifts
- Trained and experienced in safely operating skid steer
