The Carrier Compliance & Operations Systems Specialist is responsible for supporting carrier onboarding and compliance management, and software training across logistics entities, with a focus on ensuring carriers are properly onboarded, systems are effectively adapted, and teams are trained to operate efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to train and support users at varying skill levels, and a willingness to travel regularly to company office locations.

Requirements

  • Experience in transportation, logistics, or brokerage operations
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working across multiple teams and locations
  • Willing and able to travel regularly
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience with TMS platforms and integrations
  • Understanding of broker vs. carrier compliance requirements
  • Ability to translate technical processes into practical training
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field
