What You Will Do
Solicit prospective carriers to join our carrier network, develop long-term relationships with shippers and carriers, learn the trucking industry, and build and manage an existing carrier network.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field
- Demonstrated success in a proactive sales environment
- Strong relationship building and negotiation skills
- Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
