Key responsibilities include managing pickup, transit, and on-time delivery, negotiating rates with partner carriers, dispatching carriers, and maintaining contact with carriers and internal business partners.

Requirements
- High school Diploma or GED
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or similar field of study with emphasis in Supply Chain, Transportation, Logistics, Sales, Marketing, or International Business
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule
- Previous experience in a full truckload environment
- Previous experience with McLeod or external load boards
- Basic knowledge of dry van, expedited, flatbed, oversized loads, refrigerated, and intermodal modes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently; Bilingual Spanish or Eastern European languages a plus
