Job Description
Cart Attendant is a part-time position at Delcastle Golf Course in Wilmington, DE. The successful candidate will assist members and guests with outside services, maintain professional appearance, and contribute to a positive experience. The role requires frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds, and occasional work in outdoor weather conditions.

Requirements

  • Maintains professional appearance
  • Cleans, waters, checks carts after each use and restocks as required
  • Cleans and maintains cart barn
  • Ensures carts are available for player use at all times
  • Receives and communicates complaints to the Golf Shop
  • Works closely with Golf Shop staff to prepare and conduct golf tournaments
  • Implements and supports all course policies and programs as communicated by management
  • Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Performs other duties as required
