Job Description
Role Overview

The case aid will support the EFFC Programs to support families reunifying with their children. The role involves assisting in supporting CP Team, planning and executing EFFC events, and managing mail and correspondence. The case aid will also assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, document services appropriately, and participate in staff meetings and training.

What You Will Do

The case aid will assist families with goal setting, planning, and other activities related to home management tasks. They will also provide education for parents on how to access emergency assistance, supports, and community resources. The case aid will arrange and transport visits between children and their parents, and provide supervision for visits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • HS Diploma required
  • 1 year of experience working with children and family in the field of child welfare
  • Valid NYS driver's license required
