Job Description
The Case Aide Assistant provides highly valued support to the assigned treatment and is responsible for assisting the treatment team in carrying out interventions described in the Individual Plan of Service (IPOS) under the supervision of the team supervisor.

Requirements

  • Support the assigned treatment team by assisting with administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Collaborate with the assigned treatment team(s), agency staff, and external partners to support coordination of care for individuals served.
  • Maintain compliance with quality care initiatives including Meaningful Use (MU), Medicare Merit Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS), Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) requirements.
