Job Description
We're looking for a Case Aide to perform administrative tasks and assist case managers. Responsibilities include data entry, filing, and client record management. Required qualifications include 1 year of post-secondary education or administrative experience. Preferred qualifications include experience with Microsoft Office Suite and the Human Services field.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of post-secondary education OR administrative assistant, office/clerical work experience, case aide or closely related experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access)
  • Experience in the Human Services field preferred
  • Experience with billing or time reporting
  • Preference given to associate's degree applicants
