Necco is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Case Aide to support our team in delivering high-quality services to children, foster families, and young adults.
What You Will Do
As a Case Aide, you will work in a variety of settings, including offices, schools, community locations, and foster homes. Your role will be instrumental in equipping foster youth and parents with the necessary tools and support to achieve permanency and long-term success.

Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years old (per state regulations)
- High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Minimum of 1 year experience in human services or a related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to successfully pass all required background checks
- Auto insurance coverage of 100/300/100 required
