Job Description
LSSI is hiring a full-time Families Together Case Coordinator to provide direction and case coordination with a whole family perspective. The role involves monitoring safety, well-being, and progress, and bringing in additional resources as indicated within the context of evidence-based models and using a trauma-informed approach.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field
Minimum of one (1) year of child welfare experience
Child Welfare Employee License (CWEL) or ability to obtain required
Child Endangerment Risk Assessment Protocol (CERAP) required
Specialty required
Training in KEEP and/or GenerationsPMTO or availability to participate in training, coaching and fidelity to certification once hired required
Successful completion of CCS Bootcamp, Client-Centered Service Planning and Aftercare Planning Training required
Successful completion of four (4) of the following required: LSSI/COY Trauma Training, Client-Centered Specialized Casework Training, DCFS Adoption & Guardianship Training, Co-Occurring Mental Health & Substance Use Disorder Training, Reunifying Families Training, DCFS: Child and Family Meeting Training
