Job Description
LSSI is hiring a full-time Families Together Case Coordinator to provide direction and case coordination with a whole family perspective. The role involves monitoring safety, well-being, and progress, and bringing in additional resources as indicated within the context of evidence-based models and using a trauma-informed approach.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field
  • Minimum of one (1) year of child welfare experience
  • Child Welfare Employee License (CWEL) or ability to obtain required
  • Child Endangerment Risk Assessment Protocol (CERAP) required
  • Specialty required
  • Training in KEEP and/or GenerationsPMTO or availability to participate in training, coaching and fidelity to certification once hired required
  • Successful completion of CCS Bootcamp, Client-Centered Service Planning and Aftercare Planning Training required
  • Successful completion of four (4) of the following required: LSSI/COY Trauma Training, Client-Centered Specialized Casework Training, DCFS Adoption & Guardianship Training, Co-Occurring Mental Health & Substance Use Disorder Training, Reunifying Families Training, DCFS: Child and Family Meeting Training
