Job Description
Easterseals MORC is hiring a Case Management Coordinator to make a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities. We are looking for a Game Changer who can provide case management services and advocate for clients' needs.

Requirements

  • Must be a QMHP in accordance with Medicaid Provider Manual Guidelines.
  • Possess specialized training or one year of experience in treating or working with a person who has mental illness.
  • Be a human services professional with at least a bachelor's degree in a human services field.
