Role OverviewThe Case Management Coordinator is the first point of contact for resident and family financial concerns. They interact with resident physicians, specialists, consultants, healthcare providers, and any other ancillary medical financial services needed by the residents.
What You Will Do
The Case Management Coordinator will refer and schedule residents to see the in-house doctor or their own physician on an annual and as needed basis, respond to Medicaid waiver letters, enter/retrieve resident information on the computer system, and assist with admissions, room moves, and hospital returns.

Requirements
- Must be able to communicate effectively utilizing oral, written, and technical modes of communication.

- Must be able to lead by example as demonstrated by consistently timeliness, task delegation, constant follow up, offering direction, and always available to clients and employees alike in a supporting role.
- Must be very organized and able to complete standard office tasks with minimal assistance.
