Role OverviewThe Case Management Supervisor is responsible for supervising a team of Benefits Opportunity Specialists (BOS) who provide various functions of eligibility determination, financial planning, and employment planning to promote individual and family self-sufficiency. The Supervisor will oversee the entire application process, interview applicants, assess eligibility, and make referrals to other services as needed.
What You Will Do
The Case Management Supervisor will supervise a team of BOS workers, assign applications, review recommendations, and sign off on benefits and case entries. They will also prepare daily and weekly statistical reports, assist with case consultation, and perform the Mandatory Dispute Resolution function.

The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months of full-time satisfactory experience working as a Benefits Opportunity Specialist or in social/human services. They will be responsible for supervising a team, making referrals, and providing comprehensive service delivery to participants.
Requirements
- A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent
- Three years of full-time satisfactory experience working directly in social/human services or a related setting
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
- 18 months of full-time satisfactory experience working as a Benefits Opportunity Specialist
- College credit from an accredited college may be substituted for experience
