Role OverviewThe Case Management Supervisor will supervise a team of Benefits Opportunity Specialists (BOS) who provide various functions of eligibility determination, financial planning, and employment planning and monitoring to promote individual and family self-sufficiency. The supervisor will use supervisory, program development, quantitative analysis, and other research skills to accomplish the goals of FIA Benefits Access Centers and its components.
What You Will Do
The Case Management Supervisor will supervise a team of BOS workers who handle the entire application process, assign applications, review recommendations, and sign off on benefits and case entries. They will also prepare statistical reports, assist with case consultation, and supervise staff who interview and correspond with homebound clients.

Requirements
- A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent
- Three years of full-time satisfactory experience working directly in social/human services or a related setting
- A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college
- 18 months of full-time satisfactory experience working as a Benefits Opportunity Specialist
