Job Description
The Associate Benefits Opportunity Specialist I (ABOS I) supervises a team of BOS staff who provide various functions of eligibility determination, financial planning, and employment planning and monitoring. The ABOS I is responsible for supervising a team, reviewing application recommendations, and preparing daily and weekly statistical reports. They also assist with case consultation and perform mandatory dispute resolution functions.

Requirements

  • 4-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent
  • 3 years of full-time satisfactory experience working in social/human services or a related setting
  • College credit from an accredited college may be substituted for experience
