Job Description
The Associate Benefits Opportunity Specialist II will lead teams in case management, supervise staff, and ensure adequate planning and monitoring of case management activities to promote individual and family self-sufficiency. The position involves reviewing cases, authorizing benefits, conducting daily sweeps, and managing a team of BOS workers.

Requirements

  • A four-year high school diploma or its equivalent and three years of experience in social/human services or a related setting.
  • Ability to supervise teams, monitor workflows, and ensure timely and proper service.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of social services programs and policies.
