Job Description
The Associate Benefits Opportunity Specialist II (ABOS II) will supervise teams of Benefits Opportunity Specialist (BOS) staff, who provide eligibility determination, financial planning, and economic support opportunities to individuals and families in need. The ABOS II will also review specific cases and authorize benefits, as well as manage teams and conduct daily sweeps to ensure timely and proper service.
