Job Description
The Case Management Team Leader will supervise teams of Benefits Opportunity Specialists and provide case management services to individuals and families in need. They will oversee workflow, review cases, and authorize benefits. The team leader will also manage a team of workers who provide comprehensive service delivery, manage cases, and ensure adequate planning and monitoring of case management activities.
Requirements
Four-year high school diploma or its equivalent
Three years of full-time experience in social/human services
Experience in client services, employment planning/counseling services, or economic opportunity programming
