Job Description
Unison Health is seeking Case Managers to support individuals with mental health and/or substance use needs in developing skills for independent living.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, recreation therapy or art therapy or related field
  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least three years of experience
  • CPR certification within 90 days of hire
  • CPI certification within 90 days of hire
  • 21 years of age or older
  • Knowledge of mental illness, crisis management, and ability to establish and maintain therapeutic relationships
