Role OverviewJoin a team that shows up for each other as much as we show up for our clients. As a Case Manager, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive treatment and support to individuals with substance use disorder, co-occurring mental health disorders, and related conditions.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities may include conducting and documenting intake interviews, managing a caseload of clients, coordinating with agency and community resources, and arranging access to public assistance and medical appointments.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a generally recognized clinical discipline
- Two years' experience providing case management and/or drug and alcohol counseling (for Case Manager I)
- Three years' experience providing case management and/or drug and alcohol counseling (for Case Manager II)
- Three years' experience providing case management and/or drug and alcohol counseling, including at least one year supervisory or administrative experience (for Case Manager III)
- Licensed by the Department of State or be a Certified Allied Addiction Practitioner or Certified Associate Addiction Counselor, Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor, or Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor
