Job Description
We are seeking a Case Manager - Foster Care to work with children and foster parents to help them reach their goals. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field and 1 year of casework experience. They will be responsible for placement, intake, assessment, ongoing treatment, and discharge planning for foster children.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field
  • 1 year of casework experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Limited Liability Auto Insurance Coverage of 100/300/100
  • Organizational and Written/Oral Communications skills
  • Ability to navigate and execute several software's (i.e. Microsoft offices, Databases, Electronic Health Records, Dashboards, etc.)
