Role OverviewWe are hiring a Case Manager - Kinship to provide treatment through various therapeutic modalities to kinship families, preserving the safety, well-being, and permanency of the child(ren) in the home. The Case Manager will support ongoing communication amongst program staff and ensure a trauma-informed care environment.
What You Will Do
The Case Manager will provide therapeutic services to families through home visits, individual, couple, family, grandparent(s), or other relatives/child(ren) counseling, parent training/education, advocacy, and brief case management. They will also develop and implement community activities for intergenerational families and work collaboratively with local agencies and the NYS Kinship Navigator Program.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related Child Welfare experience
- Valid and clean NYS Driver's License
- Two years of experience in social work or related field
