Job Description
The Salvation Army is seeking a Case Manager to provide case management services to individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The Case Manager will work with clients to develop housing stability plans, provide ongoing tenancy support, and facilitate rental agreements with landlords.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a Human Services discipline
Minimum of four years of direct case management or experience
Experience working with clients in crisis and trauma-informed care
Knowledge of community resources and housing options
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft software and communication skills
Bilingual preferred
Valid Nevada driver's license and reliable transportation
