Job Description
The Case Manager will work with youth and young adults between the ages of 14 up to 24 years of age that are runaway and/or homeless.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human services (preferably social work)
  • One year's experience (or 1000 hours supervised as part of an internship)
  • Previous work experience working with older adolescents, homeless and/or families
