Job Description
Case Manager responsible for coordinating services to maximize consumer recovery and independence for individuals with mental illness, and providing clinical and program consultation to direct care staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a human services field from an accredited institution
  • LLBSW, LBSW, LLMSW, LMSW, LMFT preferred
  • Prior case management experience in a mental health or rehabilitation setting preferred
  • Valid Michigan Driver’s License
