Job Description
Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) is looking for a Case Manager to provide case management services for families with children ages birth to 6, requiring bilingual skills in English/Spanish. The role involves planning early childhood events, conducting home visits, developing individualized family support plans, and partnering with families to build strong parent-child relationships.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Early Childhood Education or related field
Bilingual in English/Spanish
Experience in primary responsibility to provide case management for at least 30 open cases at any given time with families who children ages birth to 6
Strong knowledge base and ability to establish relationships with community resources
