Job Description
The Case Manager works under the direction of the Senior Manager of Hope Center to provide case management services to homeless veterans, including developing case plans, monitoring medication compliance, and providing financial and employment support.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in social work, human services, or related field
  • 1 year of experience in residential services for adults
  • Ability to drive and maintain a valid Class C California Driver's License
  • Current CPR Certificate
