Job Description
Lutheran Services Florida (LSF) is seeking a talented Case Manager to provide full wrap around case management services to LSF clients and families while establishing a relationship with them and living the agency’s core values.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a Human Services field
Minimum of one year of relevant experience
Certified or become certified within one year
Valid Florida Driver’s License
Insurance
Ability to operate a computer
Ability to sit for long periods of time
Ability to develop coherent written correspondence and progress notes
Ability to travel locally, and out of the area
Certified First Aid/CPR, and crisis intervention
