Case Manager (58817)

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in the behavioral sciences and two years experience in counseling preferred
• Co-occurring competencies and or credentials are preferred
• Knowledge of principles and techniques of social service case management
• Knowledge of the physical, psychological, social and economic effects of substance abuse, mental health, and trauma
• Ability to gather, analyze and evaluate information pertinent to the provision of quality case management
• Knowledge of community resources
• Considerable knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations regarding client confidentiality
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative professional relationships
• Excellent communication skills
