Job Description
VOA is looking for a compassionate Case Manager to support young mothers and their children through two transitional housing programs.

Requirements

  • Providing comprehensive case management services
  • Supporting residents in developing independent living and parenting skills
  • Coordinating services with community partners
  • Providing advocacy and referrals
  • Completing accurate, timely documentation and data entry
  • Participating in staff meetings and required trainings
