Job Description
We're in search of a Case Manager to work within the Gándara Residential Services team model, establishing open communication, support, and accountability among workers and consumers. The Case Manager is accountable to the Program Director/Clinical Supervisor, who is responsible for providing supervision and training.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree + 2yrs experience
  • Bachelor's degree + 1-2 years' experience preferred
  • Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skill, including conflict resolution
  • Experience providing substance abuse services
  • Demonstrated organizational skill, able to multi-task
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through example
  • Valid driver's license and meet Agency requirements for driving history records
  • Availability of an automobile to transport clients or perform other supportive services as necessary
