Job Description
The Respite Case Manager provides direct services to adult Department of Mental Health clients who are enrolled in short-term transitional clinical and rehabilitative services. The Case Manager assists persons served in setting individual goals and takes all steps to help the person achieve their goals.
Requirements
Minimally 2 years’ experience working in a mental health setting
BA/BS preferred
Valid driver's license
Department of Public Health certification in medication administration (MAP) within 60 days of hire
Excellent writing and oral communication skills
Proficiency in word processing and other computer functions
Internet proficiency
