Job Description
The Respite Case Manager provides direct services to adult Department of Mental Health clients who are enrolled in short-term transitional clinical and rehabilitative services. The Case Manager assists persons served in setting individual goals and takes all steps to help the person achieve their goals.

Requirements

  • Minimally 2 years’ experience working in a mental health setting
  • BA/BS preferred
  • Valid driver's license
  • Department of Public Health certification in medication administration (MAP) within 60 days of hire
  • Excellent writing and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in word processing and other computer functions
  • Internet proficiency
