Job Description
The Case Manager supports the Office of Equal Opportunity Services (EOS) by serving as the first point of contact for individuals raising concerns under Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Title VI, Title IX, ADA/Section 504, and related policies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in case management, compliance, or related area
  • Familiarity with Title VI, Title VII, Title IX, ADA/Section 504, and other civil rights regulations
  • Experience with case management systems such as Maxient or similar platforms
  • Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
