Role OverviewThe Center for Justice Innovation is seeking a Case Manager for the Supervised Release Program (SRP) in Brooklyn, NY. The Case Manager will supervise SRP participants, work with participants to identify and address barriers to compliance, and connect participants to appropriate services in the community. The Case Manager will also co-facilitate pro-social and psycho-educational groups.
What You Will Do
Provide supervision and court monitoring for SRP participants, work with participants to identify and address barriers to compliance, provide comprehensive case management services, and conduct outreach to participants and collateral contacts.
