Role OverviewThe Case Manager Generalist provides case management services to clients classified as low acuity. The Case Manager Generalist is the primary point of contact to coordinate services and care for assigned clients.
What You Will Do
Conduct comprehensive screenings and assessments, develop case plans, coordinate individualized planning, provide service linkages and support systems, and act as an advocate for clients.

Must be able to perform under circumstances of possible emotional stress and conflicts dealing with difficult, uncooperative, and potentially aggressive clients.
Requirements
- HS/GED
- Completion of VOALA Case Management training within 6 months of hire
- Minimum 1-year general experience in case management or similar social services role
- Or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services related field in lieu of experience
